0.4lb off this morning.

PV today:

B: oatbran porridge & cinnamon
S: 1 slice of ham & a tomato & a bit of yellow pepper
L: celery sticks with a quark, cayenne & black pepper dip - not quite full-fat Philadelphia but really nice all the same!
S: ff nat yog with 1tbsp of wheatbran & sf jelly crystals
D: 1 slice of cheese on toast - just fancied it!
S: 1/2 a bag of marshmallows...

1lb off this morning.
PV today:

S: small bit of banana loaf & 5 small jelly sweets
L: ff nat yog, oatbran & ginger
D: lots of fish with broccoli, swede and a bit of carrot
S: some popcorn & choc raisins whilst watching a film...

Didn't weigh this morning as I got up later and I'd already had a cuppa.

So another PV day today:

B: oatbran porridge & cinnamon
L: lots of celery with a quark dip mixed with cayenne & black pepper - I love this!
S: small slice of cheese (not brill but better than a biscuit!)
D: 2 chicken breasts & broccoli & carrot
S: ff nat yog & sf jelly crystals
S: very small sliver of apple cake - just for testing purposes...

Will get back into the PP/PV routine next week - although I might jiggle it to have veggies at the weekends - it makes family dinners easier.

1.2lbs on over the last 2 days.....those choc raisins always catch up with you in the end!!

But overall a weekly loss of 3.4lbs so I'm pleased with that.

PP day today:

L: sardine quiche - absolutely horrible! Couldn't finish it!!
L2: 1/2 pot cottage cheese
D: curried mince (with a tbsn of wheatbran) followed by ff nat yog with oatbran & sf jelly crystals.

PP day today:

B: oatbran porridge
S: hardboiled egg
L: another hardboiled egg & a slice of cheese (seem to have developed a cheese addiction...not good but better than chocolate)
S: a slice of apple cake - very off-plan but feel a bit weary & out of sorts today
D: 2 slices of cheese & some celery sticks

Not quite the perfect PP day I had envisaged...

And it gets worse - I succumbed to chocolates - and I didn't even enjoy them!

Am writing today off. Will start afresh tomorrow morning.

Hiya Pesty!

Starting afresh going well so far today thanks...but it is only just after 2pm!

Ok - I give up...not the diet - just my idea of being 100% good on it.
A small packet of Buttons 'may' have passed my lips...but don't tell my 4-year old!

0.4lb off this morning - but the chocs haven't caught up with me yet I don't suppose!

A proper PP day today! (Or not!):

B/L: slices of thin ham & 1/2 a pot of cottage cheese
S: oatbran porridge
D: smoked salmon & scrambled eggs

But also had a biscuit and a large slice of apple cake. I've got a cold and feel grotty. No excuses but...

0.2lb on this morning but there's probably more to come....

Had chocs again last night. I've got a cold (1st one for ages) and I feel grotty. So I'm not strictly planning/dieting for the next few days.

Will keep on weighing to keep a check on myself and will be back with my meal plans next week.

Awwww Hun I've had the same struggles as you damn chocolate ....your diary could be mine !!! I'm trying again today feeling yukky and so bloated ...I swear I could pass as 9 months pregnant today !!!!

I admire your honest diary good luck Hun hope you feel better soon and find your mojo too x

I've decided to change my weigh-in day to Fridays from Mondays. I like my veg with family meals over the weekend so I think this will suit me better.

So I've posted on the weekly weigh-in thread with a 1.2lbs loss for this short week.

Wow well done that's great despite your struggles and a few days early and sounds like a good plan x I'm gonna weigh tomorrow morning but mine will not be pretty but it's my fresh start !!!!!
