Thanks Clarri, do you mean I've underpointed them? I took the points for them out of the wee book in my folder. Sure it was 1pp for 50g raw weight.

Feeling a tad rough today after night out last night, food choices not been good but still pointed.

Well here I go again, kinda lost control after my at home WI - STS. Been looking at why I've since went off plan - I've felt out of control.

Felt I was doing great last week with propoints, checking everything before eating, so don't get why I STS. Been busy Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, not been at home, unable to keep food diary up to date and I feel once again out of control. Funny how simple thing like not updating food diary plays with my mind, so I'm back to keep me on straight and narrow.

Unfourntunatly sometimes life has this repeating habit of getting in the way!

Why not try buying yourself a tiny little pocket food diary so when you out and about you can keep on track?
