What a day!! :(

Diet wise still :) though!
 
New horizon approaching MM. Very exciting.

I would get the smaller trousers too & use them as a guide xx

I think its going to be a chow mein :)
Out of the things on my list, this is the meal i keep coming back to!
I think its good too as its not to heavy.

I can hardly believe that after all this time, i can nearly eat again.

4 months of only liquids!!

I tell you what though, it IS actually worth it!

I dont know how i have done it or where i got the determination and motivation from but i am so utterly pleased that i did :)
 
End of day 118!

Sorry i have not commented on diaries tonight but i am just so tired.
I have read them but I'm in bed now as was falling asleep in front of the tv.

Month 4

Week 17

Day 119

1 day to go!!!

So this is my last day in week 17.
FINAL weigh in day tomorrow!
Well final for my little stint on TFR anyway ;)
So tomorrow is my last full day on the shakes and on thursday 1st of may, after doing 120 days TFR, i can eat again! :)
Then the hard part begins :(
 
Are you gonna weigh Thursday morning miss mac, as that'll be your final weigh in after round 1 of tfr? You've done so amazingly well, I think you should get the smaller work trousers, as your scared of regaining by having a visual, and physical reminder ( the neater trousers ) you may find that's enough to keep you mindful of what your eating and if the trousers start to feel too neat, you know to cut back a bit? Just an idea. Xxx

Eek! Can't believe you've only got today left! I'd start eating maybe light bland foods first as your stomach won't be used to solids - maybe things like porridge or risotto? Otherwise you might suffer with cramps and pain. Then you can start to reintroduce foods slowly back into your diet.

You must be so pleased that you have had the determination and willpower to stick to it for so long! Well done!

Hi, browsing the site as have just completed day two and am feeling fine but a bit sleepy so looking for some motivation. Came across your diary and wanted to say congratulations for completing four months on TFR. Enjoy your chow mein and good luck with maintenance! I wish I had started in January as I intended and then it would all be over by now but I didn't so here I go. Looking forward (not) to five months on TFR. BTW, I'd also get the smaller trousers. :)

That depends carrie. If i make it to the 12's tomorrow i wont weigh thursday but if i dont make it then i will to see if the extra day made a difference :)

Still have tomorrow tfr too yoyo, today is 1 day to go (tomorrow) tomorrow will be zero days as its my last day! Sorry if that confusing.
Yes i will start off small and light. I have made a meal plan for the week.
I am anticipating poorly belly and toilet trouble so i am prepared for that.
Will definitely keep the diary going as i know that i would want to know how the person was doing too :)

Good luck on your journey, stick at it, it is doable! If i can do it anyone can.
Its certainly not my first attempt at tfr but definitely my most successful :)
 
In a bit of a quandry today.
A few weeks ago things changed temporarily at work which trebbled my work load.
This made every day manic busy which i didnt mind as it made a change to normal routine.
Now the change has been made semi permanent.
Thing is i am now constantly busy from the moment i start work to the moment i finish.
On tfr that was great as i didnt eat at work and didnt need to.
Now going back onto food im worried as i still dont have time to eat but i need to.
I dont want my body to get used to having just one meal a day and i dont want to have meal replacements for breakfast and lunch.
I just dont know how to get round it.
Before the change i was busy but could find the time to eat but i have been assessing this at work lately and i just dont have the time.
I also dont want to be wolfing food down for the sake of it or rushing my food as im pushed for time. Eating on the go is an option but that turns into mindless eating.
Not sure what the answer is?
