Month 4 Week 17 Day 119 1 day to go!!! So this is my last day in week 17. FINAL weigh in day tomorrow! Well final for my little stint on TFR anywaySo tomorrow is my last full day on the shakes and on thursday 1st of may, after doing 120 days TFR, i can eat again!

Are you gonna weigh Thursday morning miss mac, as that'll be your final weigh in after round 1 of tfr? You've done so amazingly well, I think you should get the smaller work trousers, as your scared of regaining by having a visual, and physical reminder ( the neater trousers ) you may find that's enough to keep you mindful of what your eating and if the trousers start to feel too neat, you know to cut back a bit? Just an idea. Xxx

Eek! Can't believe you've only got today left! I'd start eating maybe light bland foods first as your stomach won't be used to solids - maybe things like porridge or risotto? Otherwise you might suffer with cramps and pain. Then you can start to reintroduce foods slowly back into your diet. You must be so pleased that you have had the determination and willpower to stick to it for so long! Well done! Please carry on checking in so we can see how you're doing![]()

Hi, browsing the site as have just completed day two and am feeling fine but a bit sleepy so looking for some motivation. Came across your diary and wanted to say congratulations for completing four months on TFR. Enjoy your chow mein and good luck with maintenance! I wish I had started in January as I intended and then it would all be over by now but I didn't so here I go. Looking forward (not) to five months on TFR. BTW, I'd also get the smaller trousers.![]()
