Hi, I've restarted today and going to keep a food diary to stay on track and so that you lovely bunch can tell me where I'm going wrong if I mis-point.

I promise to write it down even if I use 10million points on a bad day! :p

So day one!

I'm going to have to try, without offending, asking MIL if I can take fruit or something low fat (and gluten free - half of the family have coeliac's disease), like a big salad for everyone. I can't really ask her to make more than this, it's easier for her to do picky food because she has MS and gets tired really quickly. Not really that bad a day, I knew tea would be lots of points so tried to lower it for the first part of the day.

I'm not sure about the prawn crackers, it says a serving would be 9pp but how big is a serving? A restaurant portion? I've pointed them at 1pp each until I know otherwise, got lots of weekly points left if they're more anyway :)

Did you buy chinese from the takeaway?Are you sure the chow mein would be 14? its posted all over here that chicken chow mein for a whole tub is 7/8pp and mixed with other meats is 9pp .... dont be so harsh on yourself, and you didnt even eat the whole of it ... rem its only a bit of noodles with meat ... it looks so much coz the noodles are mixed with beansprouts n veg :character00116: .......

It was a take away chow main, I did google about it being the whole tub or not but it seemed to be a split decision so I went for the safe option of over pointing. It was in a LARGE tub and it's quite oily, so I assumed it couldn't possibly be for the whole tub, if so I shall be eating this everyday of the week!! Thanks for your input :)

Bit of a binge day today, it was that chocolate yesterday that did it, a little bit always leads to more! But it's ok because I didn't use all of my weekly points, can't say the same for this week though because it's our wedding anniversary, I'm hoping it will balance out because with all the bank holidays over it means more walking to and from school with my little man :)

I jumped on the scales today and have lost 0.5lb... It is that time of the month and I was wearing my jeans this week where as previous weeks it was a dress and leggings. Oh well, at least it's still going down! :)

This week I plan to drink more, I've drank hardly anything this week and I'm feeling run down and tired, so this is going to be included in my food diary.
