    Breakfast :- Poridge with 1 tsp honey 4 pts
    Mid morning :- banana 1.5 pts
    Lunch :- Mexican chicken wrap 4.5 pts
    Alpen light bar 1 pt
    Mid afternoon :- bag slimfast pretzels 1.5 pts
    Dinner :- Tuna steak 3 pts
    Basmati Rice 3 pts
    Roasted meditteranean Vegetables 0 pts
    leaving 5.5 points for an evening snack

    just measured out 60g rice :eek: made it 90g so for rice read 4.5 pts leaving me 4pts

    oh well Midnight brings another day & i've been ok since i got up (3pm) & the desire for sweet/carb stuff seems to have gone, so lets hope it outta my system now

    Hey hun,

    Looks like you are doing really well on WW. Cant believe it was last spring that we were both so into CD, well now we meet again!! I've never done WW before but have started today :) its so much better than I expected any slimming plan would be!! I love it!

    Have found this thread really interesting and some great ideas for menus! Thanks! Am right behind you on this one- we can do it together if ya like!? xx
