just measured out 60g rice :eek: made it 90g so for rice read 4.5 pts leaving me 4pts

Hey hun,

Looks like you are doing really well on WW. Cant believe it was last spring that we were both so into CD, well now we meet again!! I've never done WW before but have started today :) its so much better than I expected any slimming plan would be!! I love it!

Have found this thread really interesting and some great ideas for menus! Thanks! Am right behind you on this one- we can do it together if ya like!? xx
