Sorry not been on for a couple of days,well done on the weight loss and pizza looks yum! That's good bout upping how long you do on the rower as you go along,that's what I did on my exercise bike :0)

Been good thanks! I'm really hoping for 2lb off by Friday just before I go on holiday but I normally weigh in on a Monday at home so weighing 3 days early so I think the best I can wish for is a STS.

Up to chichester my mother in-law owns a mobile home up there! Because I weigh in at home on a monday I don't want to have to take the scales with me do I've decided to weigh in on Friday and then a week on Monday after I get back xx

Well I caved in and weighed this morning I just couldn't wait lol wanted to get it out the way so I can enjoy not being at work and getting ready for the holiday....

Well 2lb loss since Monday whoop!! which takes me to 1 stone lost in 2 and a half weeks!!
