I've had a really good day today, now I'm back at work I'm back on the water I had most of my snacks in the morning at work and my lunch and dinner were so filling I felt no need to snack inbetween. I haven't eaten the ice cream yet but I've wrote it on there as Im going to have it whilst watching BB! Going to get the rowing machine out first, earn my treat!! Xx
