On my diary app I set my goal weight at 13st 4lb (exactly 10 stone loss) by my 30th birthday next year. Obviously I would probably like to be lighter than 13st 4lb eventually but 10 stone is a nice solid number and I can worry about that WHEN I get there!!
But ive decided I'm going to break it down and I've set my first goal weight for the 22nd of december this year I want to be in the 17's!! 17st 13lb would be fine lol.
Just realised I'm half way there! I've lost 2st 10lb and I need to lose 2st 9lb to get that first target. I've been doing weight watchers for 13 weeks now and I have 19 weeks until my first goal date so I'm thinking it might actually be possible!!
I need to lose on average 1.9lb a week I know that I may not lose that much each week and I may not meet my target but I need something to keep me focused putting pressure on myself spurs me on If I just say oh well if I hit my target then great but if I don't never mind then I relax more which means I'm more likely to fall off the wagon.
Sorry for the ramble but I spent all evening pulling my pj bottoms up and all day pulling my jeans up and I think it's suddenly sinking in that I'm actually doing this and it's working and I'm losing weight!! I'm actually feeling a little emotional!! Lol what am I like a long way to go yet!! Xxx

Good idea with setting smaller targets, it makes it all seem more in reach doesn't it.

Good golly 3 stone in 3 months is amazing nessa, you've done so well.!

Awww that's fab about your clothes getting too big! It's such a boost isn't it to know hard work is paying off.
I look forward to your ultimate post when you post to say your officially at goal, then you can look back on all these posts & realise how strong & fabulous you are!! x

Hey everyone I went 4pp over yesterday so back to 100% from today, scales are showing a 2lb gain but after a weekend off and a tummy bug I'm not surprised, I have until Saturday to shift it though so that's fine. Xxx

Yea you have plenty of time to get rid of it so that's good :0) aww 2nd place is brilliant and a free day out is good :0)

Tee hee hee.. I don't usually.. Usually am too asleep to remember to weigh in the morning.. But after being so upset/annoyed last Friday I've been weighing every day and taking note in my "Diary" and also taking note of my "movements" to see what affect my food has on my IBS and weight... Hoping to understand/find out what "holds things up" and what helps me along... (sorry... TMI)
