New Starter!!Food Diary

    I'm new to slimming world and going it alone, without the classes!:eek: I've read the diaries already posted, and thought it would be a good idea to start one of my own. Any advice anyone can give me to help me along is much needed! So here goes...
    This is my third day on the diet, and my first red day

    Breakfast - Shredded wheat fruitful (HEXB), semi skimmed milk (HEXA)
    Snack - 2 boiled egg, banana, 2 strips of bacon
    Lunch - ham, cucusmber, lettuce, 2 pieces of brown bread (1 HEXB, 3 SYNS)
    Snack - nectarine, plum, muller light,
    Dinner will be - swede cottage pie with mince meat, peppers, onions

    This looks good Hun, but are you eating enough??? Dont forget the more free food you eat, the more you loose.
    Im a go it aloner too and to date have lost 6 stone 8lbs. If I can do it, anyone can, you just have to be a lot more disciplined, but it can work!
