Been on here since December, but only just started to post today! Thought i'd post a food diary so i can keep track on what i eat. Hoping you will all correct me if i am pointing anything wrong!
My first WI is friday so here goes;
Bfast

Lunch

- 50g tuna & sweetcorn sandwich filler - 2.5pts
- Activia snackpot raspberry - 1pt
Tea
- 60g organic brown pasta - 3pts
- 50g tuna & sweetcorn sandwich filler - 2.5pts
- Onion - 0pts
- Ex light mayo - 0.5pts
Snacks
- Apple - 0.5pts
Total 14.5pts
