First weigh in today = -5.5lb
Little disappointed to be honest! I know I should be happy with Ny loss but it's hard when I had such high hopes after doing 100%, seeing almost everybody's first loss be at least 7lb and having a cheeky lil weigh in on home scales 3 days ago telling me I'd lost 7.5lb!x

You should never compare yourself with any one else on here. You BMI could be a lot different for example.
This is about your journey on LT. You know if you stay on it 100% you can't fail to lose the weight and lose it faster than any other diet you may have tried in the past.

5lb is great. Stay of the scales at home so you can appreciate each weigh in surprise!

stay off the home scales- i weighed myself on the wii and it told me i was 12.5 stone last week and not there yet at all so leave it until weigh in! stick to one scales! Well done on the loss!! and like dusty says its about YOUR journey. i got really disheartened with people losing a stone etc the first week and when i had my loss i was mad and that happened for my second loss to but now i'm just like well i'm different to them! so no worries pet!! we've all been there :)

5.5 lbs is still nearly half a stone. Weigh it out and see how much it is - you'll be amazed. And that has gone for good. Many different factors affect weight loss such as TOTM. Make sure you are drinking enough water because that can make a difference and keep up the good work.

Weigh in a day early this week...still TOTM which is v. Annoying! But....5lb off! So that's 10.5lb in less than two weeks...if I can get another 3.5 off in the next week then it'll be a stone in 3 weeks! I'm so happy. Feel so different from last week! Thanks for the support peeps. Keeps me going!x

Congrats nikki. Something to consider is those who are bigger have more to lose in the first week anyway as it is more of a shock to them. I have been quoted to expect about 5/7 lbs so if I hit more I'm happy.

Week 4 WI yesterday...-3lb.

Start weight 14st 12.5lb
Wk 1 -5.5lb = 14st 7lb
Wk 2 -5lb = 14st 2lb
Wk 3 -3lb = 13st 13lb
Wk 4 -3lb = 13st 10lb :eek:)

Can totally relate. My first week was 5lbs and posted a dishearted post. Its only day 10 and wi is next Monday so hoping its a big one. Well done again on your loss.
