Excellent day on syns!

But you don't seem to be including a 1/3rd superfree with your meals

I know, I really struggle with that at breakfast and work. There was loads of veg and stuff in the fishcakes so I think I may have gotten away with it there.

Believe it or not, I've been doing Slimming World for about 5 or 6 years or more on and off and I've joined up about 5 times in that time, and the only consultant to make clear about the 1/3 superfree was the most recent one! So unfortunately I have already got into bad habits by not including it. I am working on it though.

Our Tesco delivery comes tonight to replenish the cupboards so I am going to make a concerted effort to include 1/3 superfree.

With cereal though, I don't like fruit in it and I don't have room for extra fruit on the side by the time I've eaten my cereal either.

I struggle with the 1/3rd superfree as well, which is why I do mainly red days, unless I'm eating pasta or rice with my main meal.
And totally agree about fruit in cereal - yuck!

I find is super easy to eat loads of salad and my plate is probably half filled with salad in the evening, but I struggle during the day. I was having salads, which is easy, but I get a bit bored, so I'm on the Pot Shots (ooo very nearly had a very naughty typo left there then!) at the mo, but I will be bored of those in less than a week I am sure!
