I would not worry it's not a competition.
On the road on a bicycle is a different proposition to an exercise bike.
I don't have cars, weather and hills etc to worry about.
It's not easy to quantify one against the other.
Just do things at a level that you enjoy and get the benefit from.
If it gets you to your end goal it's all that matters.

It was supposed to be a cycle day and also a Wii Fit challenge but I was leaving home at 1pm (back at 9:30pm) so planned on the cycle only as in won't get both done. However daughter is sick and needed a lift to the chemist so as I was in town I went swimming, a quick 40 lengths. I will catch up on the challenge tomorrow and see what the weather is like for cycling.

Life has a habit of getting in the way.
Just do what you can do, each step gets you nearer to your end goal.
