I wish it was more spring like. It is hard to get out when it is freezing and the house is lovely and warm.
I'm a bit behind but here are the numbers.

In the city today and did a quick walk but feeling really tired so doubt I will douch when I get home.
However I did buy a Wii Zumba disc second hand in a game shop for €5 so will give that a go. No belt with it but have heard it will go in a pocket...just need to find tracksuit with pockets, my leggings have none.

Eeeep it's not going well for me. I've only managed 17 miles tracked so far and my knees are really playing up and I think I need to rest them😕

If there is no improvement tomorrow I will replace some of my miles with swimming and update my target to reflect.

I had a short walk on Sunday but was under the 3km so won't count it. Then snow yesterday so stayed indoors
