oh oh I had a little binge

gahh really annoyed at myself!
had a little binge today,been stuck in the house and feeling extremely hormonal (excuses excuses lol)
So I have eaten...

toast and jam for breakfast

spagetti hoops on dry toast for lunch

morrisons good for you banoffee cereal bar

(all was going well)

3 fudge squares :eek:

handfull of real chips (prob about 6) :eek:

then for dinner i had a small portion of rice and a veggie curry

then the kids were eating ben and jerry's so I had about 3 dessert spoonfulls

and I'm finishing my evening off with half a glass of rose topped up with diet lemonade

Have given myself a kick up the rear and will deff try harder tomorrow :mad:

hey thats not so bad at all,
I relax things a little on Thursday after weigh in at sw,
I think as long as it doesnt merge into an everyday thing its absolutely fine.
