L- lentil and aubergine stew with rice, grated cheese (half hexa), banana
D- rice with roast med veg
S- ryvita, cheese (1.5 syns, half hexa), Alpen bar (3 syns)

Next few days will be terrible (although fun)- drinks with a former colleague tomorrow, drinks and a meal with partner's ex colleagues on Thursday, nephews birthday on Saturday. And at some point before the 15th (when the reduced fat sour cream expires) I'm committed to making tex mex for the family...
 
B- 2 toast with Philly at 6am gaping at the TV... (Hexb, half hexa)

Later- booze, preferably southern comfort IF they have diet lemonade (they won't)
 
No paella on wed as I forgot to defrost the seafood! Had left over courgette pasta (2 syns) at about 3pm having stayed up most of the night which threw me off! 2 beers at the pub and a shot of southern comfort with diet lemonade at home (?? Syns). Oh and also some banana bread that I made for the kids and for work.
Yesterday was overnight oats, coffee, veg curry with rice, then brasilian restaurant in Brixton with fried squid, chicken burger, cocktails and wine (1 million syns)
Today
Day 55
B- weetabix, milk (?3/4 hexa, hexb), coffee (rest of hexa)
L- out with dad and kids, IKEA meatballs with gravy, jam and mashed potato
D- honey glazed pork loin, roast potatoes, cabbage.
Total: another half a million syns
Tomorrow- kids party with sandwiches, cake (will try to rein it in!)
Not expecting a good result this week.

D- half portion takeaway prawn bhuna (5 syns), rice

D- don't know- going to a gig so will have to see what I can get. Alcohol.
 
Thursday ended with 3xlager, peanuts and a bacon and cheese croissant.
Friday weetabix, toast and poached eggs, minute steak and rice, but also lots of snacks.
However have lost just under 2 pounds the last two weeks so it's progress.
Day 70

Now planning shish kebab for dinner instead. The other night I counted 10 syns but think it is more like 17. Will skip the froyo and the Philly
