Panic Button! Post here before eating what you know you shouldnt be eating!

Can we sticky this please?

If we all subscribe to it, then it will pop up in our emails when someone posts on it.

So the idea is we post here before we eat something that we know is going to make us feel not good later. Someone will see our cry for a bit of extra support and help talk us out of it and through it and out the other side. One day you can then return the favour maybe.

I know we cant make someone do this, but we can try to help at those times that are really hard to cope with.

Lets get more of us 100% xx

i feel a massive binge coming on :( i feel really down today so far tonight ive had cheese, chicken, tuna and mushrooms and im meant to be on TS! im not even hungry but I feel like I really need to comfort eat more! im fighting hard not to head back to the fridge. I feel so let down in myself :(

I've just licked a bit of pancake & chocolate on a top hat -not eaten though.

Keep out of the fridge, you've done ok and stuck to proteins. Can you go run yourself a bath or jump in the shower. Get a cuppa, go read a book or stay on here and read some inspirational stories. You do not need the feed, you just want it.

Painting your nails is a great tip, you can't eat because they're drying, make sure you do your feet as well.
