wow furrystumper.... can i adopt you to be my chef??

Wow all your stuff looks fab, how did you make the creamy chicken thing x

the creamy chicken and bacon was a recipe from irishchub so credit goes to them lol...
recipe is-
2 chicken breasts
4 rashers of smoked bacon (rind removed)
1 clove fresh garlic
Mushrooms
1/2 Onion
8 laughing cow light (counted as 1 hxa - as dish is between 2!)
Water

Chop chicken breast into bite size pieces and fry in little frylight over medium heat for 8 mins, chop bacon into strips and add to the pan - crush 1 clove of garlic and add to the pan, cook until chicken is browned then place in bowl to one side.

Chop onion thickly and cook in pan chicken was cooked in, halfway through cooking time add mushrooms, once cooked add to cooked chicken and bacon.

Put 8 laughing cow light triangles and a little water in a small pot over a low heat, whisk and stir until lumps are removed and sauce is warm - add your other cooked ingredients

Hi flirtygirl, nope it wasnt there was not a single scan bran in site lol.
It was a box mix cake from betty crocker 2 x egg whites and a can of fanta zero........ yes fanta zero! and they was lush.

was the same for the chocolate ones but used diet coke instead and the only reason these was less syns is because i made fairy cakes not muffins as thats what the carrot ones was. :D

I would never think of using fanta zero in cooking.. could you post the full receipe so I can nick it pleasey weasy :D.

Yes its just the betty crocker carrot cake mix, 2 x egg whites, 330ml fanta zero. all i done was made a well in the cake mix, tipped the egg whites in then the fanta and mixed it with hand blender lol was as simple as that!!!! the whole cake works out at 100 syns BUT this easly makes 30 muffins.
The topping was just quark jif lemon, sweetner all mixed together, then just some orange rind. :)

Great pics furrystomper - you have reminded me that filo isn't *that* high in syns, and (obviously) it is ages since I had a pastry topped pie, but a filo topped one would hit the spot well - thanks for the inspiration :D

On Christmas Day I made the filo pastry vegetarian tart from the SW magazine - bloody gorgeous and well worth a few syns for the filo! I think I might have a go at a veggie pie having seen that pic.

Im not a big lover of thick paistry and my mum used to always do her paistry separate, so i thought id try it with filo paistry just half a sheet and it turned out really well. :)
