I have been reading some threads where people have gone off the Dukan track and are asking if they should do a few days of attack to counteract their bad behavior. Most experienced dukaners are giving the advice to simply do a few days of PP instead of attack. My question is...apart from the slight difference in oatbran in attack vs PP. What r the other differences? Isn't attack essentially 3-10 days of PP??

By doing PP you would also be limited to 1kg of dairy (not unlimited as on attack) but be able to have tolerated items (for sauces, marinades etc.).
