Day 1 - Monday (Lifestyle)
Choc shake
100g smoked salmon, spinach leaves, red pepper slices, 2 raw mushrooms
1 Atkins choc bar (wrong plan but have them to use up)
1 meal pack (not sure which I'm having yet) with 'Slim Pasta'

Verdict: This doesn't feel like a diet so far as it's all been quite scrummy and I haven't had time to eat it all yet as I've been really busy at work today.
