I decided I wanted to see whether I could lose more weight. I know I don't need to lose anything, but I just think I'd feel better if I was skinnier. As I'm typing this post, I am 125 lbs (the last time I weighed myself I was about 120 lbs - I rarely weigh myself btw), but I haven't got bigger or fatter, it's just that I've been doing so much exercise in the last few months, so I've gained muscle mass, but lost inches. I'm a comfortable UK size 8 atm.

Monday 4th October 2010

Breakfast: Cereal (300)

Lunch: 2 x apple (50), 1 fudge (50)

Dinner: Potato (200)

Snacks: 2 x Alpen chocolate cereal bar (200) 2 x orange (50)

TOTAL: 850 calories
 
Tuesday 5th October 2010

Breakfast: Cereal (150)

Lunch: 2 x apple (50), 2 x crackers (50)

Dinner: Potato (200)

Snacks: Cereal (150), chicken (150), 2 x fudge (100)

TOTAL: 850 calories
 
Wow I have so much support LOL.

I haven't actually eaten all this yet, but I already know I'm going to eat some of this later.

Breakfast: Cereal (150)

Lunch: 2 x apple (100), 2 x crackers (50)

Dinner: Potato (200)

Snacks: Cereal (250), chicken (100), 2 x fudge (100), biscuit (50), Rowntree's fruit pastilles (200)

TOTAL: 1200 calories

You're right indeed :) they are 187, but I like rounding them up because I'm slightly OCD with numbers, lol.

I haven't done an awful lot of exercise lately, because I've been really ill for the past 2 weeks, but my daily life consists of walking to school and back, and walking my dog (so I consider that as "light exercise"). I usually do a lot of exercise, so I will be getting back into it soon! :)
