Breakfast
Porridge (5) with water and sweetner

Lunch
Pitta bread (HEb) with ham and cheese (1/2HEa), 2 apples and muller light

Dinner
Chicken with schwartz shotz, jacket potato with cheese (1/2HEa), roasted butternut squash and peppers.

Total syns: Porridge (5), Hands off my nutty bites (10) = 15
 
Wednesday 3rd February - Green

Breakfast
Porridge with ryvita made with water & sweetner (HEb)

Lunch
Chicken (HEb), butternut squash, peppers and noodles with passata and herbs. Apple and mullerlight

Dinner
Jacket potato with 42g l/f cheese (HEa), laughing cow extra light (HEa) and beans. Mango & pear for dessert.

Total Syns - Tesco jam filled doughnut (12.5)

Thursday 4th February - Green

Porridge and ryvita with water and sweetner (HEb)

Lunch
Pasta bake made with butternut squash, red peppers, garlic, chilli, passata and herbs and cheese (HEa). Muller light, mango and pear.

Dinner
Chicken (HEb), curry sauce (garlic, chilli, curry powder, vegetable stock, passata, herbs) yummy!!! with jacket potato.

Total Syns - tesco jam filled doughnut :eek:, oops!!!! (12.5) not bad for a doughnut!!!

Lunch
Was at a training course so had chips, lasagne and peas!!! Not sure what the syns would be there!!!

Dinner
SW chips and leftover curry with cheese (HEa)

Syns - whatever I had for lunch!!!


Sunday 7th - Green

Porridge (HEb) with milk (HEa)

Lunch
2 fried eggs and beans

Dinner
Chicken (HEb) curry with sw wedges and roasted carrots with cheese (HEa)

Lunch
Chicken (HEb) with cheese (HEa) and pasta

Dinner
Jacket potato with beans & cheese (Hea)

Forgot I was on a corporate induction today!!! Had a scone at 11.00, picked the pasta for lunch as it said mediterranean so figured it would be tomato? Nope cheesy, creamy tagliatelle with garlic bread! Managed not to eat the garlic bread and didnt really eat a lot of the pasta as it actually made me feel a bit ill (guess my love of creamy pasta has departed!!!) So am sitting here still stuffed from lunch. Had brought my little pitta bread and everything in for lunch. Might have it a little later with some passata instead of my dinner!

Didnt bother with the pitta!!! Was still full and feeling icky from lunch!

Ham, chicken, roast beef, wedges (8), gougons (6), rice and salad. Mini cheesecake (8).

Syns - as above also about 8 wee bottles rose wine!!! (its not every weekend your granny is 80!!!)

Lunch
Buffet style food again with curry and rice - probably about 20 syns! Also more wine probably another 20 syns.

Didnt have any dinner!

All in all quite a bad weekend food and drink wise!!!

Pitta pocket (Heb) with leftover quorn curry and pasta and cheese (Hea). Pkt snack-a-jacks (5.5).

Dinner
Was away in Dublin with scouts so dinner was chicken korma made with asda's korma curry and boiled rice. Only had little bit of the curry sauce with no chicken and loads of boiled rice so think about 4 syns maybe.

Syns: Korma (4), Snack-a-jacks (5.5), Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough 100g (13) = 22.5 oopsie

Walked from our digs to museum which was half hr walk there and back. Then walked to cinema from digs which was 30 mins there then 20 mins back in the snow!

Sunday 21st February - off plan!!!

Breakfast
Porridge with milk (Hea)

Then was travelling back from Dublin, didnt really fancy making up sarnies like the kids did so instead had a hands off my nutty bites bar (10), hands off my caramel bar (9) and hands off my milky bar (6), Pkt walkers sour cream & chive (6.5).

Arrived back at scout hall to 6 inches of snow, had a massive snow ball fight with all the kids. Was great!!!

Then got home was knackered having had no sleep so got into bed and fell asleep. Woke up at 8 starving so went to local chicken shop and had 3 piece dinner box with chips - ate it all then felt sick all night!!!

Ah well, have done the damage and back onto plan today!!!

Been wondering what your "nutty bites" were. Just found them on Asda. I think their copy chocs are really good and very good value for mo.ney
