Branflakes (HEb) with milk (HEa)

Lunch
Pitta (HEb) with leftover mince from Tuesday night. Asda puffin bar (7)

Dinner
Have a meeting so just grabbing something quick in work.
Jacket potato with flora (2) and cheese (HEa)

Syns: Puffin bar (7) and flora (2) = 9
 
Friday 26th February - EE

Breakfast
Bran flakes (HEb) with milk (HEa)

Was at a conference with work so was limited to what was on offer.
Lunch
Chicken and ham pie (10) with jacket potato and veg.

Dinner
Quorn curry with pasta.

Syns: pie = 10.

Saturday 27th February - DISASTER!!!

Gravy chip buttie!!! (15)

Dinner
Chicken madras with boiled rice! (8)

Copious amounts of wine, this was the first in what will be many hen night outings!!! The boys were all away on the stag weekend so we girls took advantage!!!

Well the disastrous weekend took its toll - put on 2lbs!!! Anyways, new week and no outings this week so onwards and downwards I say. Gonna get back on my wii now as I know the last time I did SW i lost inches as well and really dont think I am at present!

Quorn chicken curry with boiled rice.

Syns: 5 for porridge, candy floss tub 3 = 8.

Porridge with ryvita (HEb) made with water

Lunch
Leftover quorn curry and rice. Pineapple.

Dinner
Stew with gravy (2)

Syns: glass fizzy rose wine (4), gravy (2), puffin bar (7) = 13

Guess I aint gonna be making the milestone I had set for myself at the bottom of my signature. To be 212lbs for my birthday, I would need to lose 13lbs this week!!! Now I know there are people who can probably do this but the most ive lost is 4lbs in a week. However id be happy if I lose no matter what it is then ill just move my milestone along a little bit!!! :flirt2:

Salmon with SW paprika chips, veg.

Syns: popcorn (6.5), sausage (5.5), soda (1.5) = 13.5

Prawn and salmon with peppers, soy sauce and tagliatelle pasta. Pineapple, mango and kiwi in low fat natural yoghurt.

Dinner
Boyfriend taking me out for dinner tonight for my birthday tomorrow so not sure what ill be having. However the price includes a bottle of wine, he doesnt drink wine!!! Waste not, want not!!! Havent had any syns today so will make wise dinner choices and syn the wine!
Changed restaurants so didnt have the full bottle of wine, however did have 2 little bottles = 18syns. Also had for starter salted chilli squid (says on sw site 1 syn for 28g) = 3syns. Main was chicken gougons (I took the batter off and ate the chicken) = 3syns and potato wedges = 5syns, with chilli mayo = 5syns.

So in total had 34 syns last night!!!

Wednesday 10th March (my 30th) - EE

Breakfast
Special K Sustain (4.5) with milk (HEa)

Lunch
Pitta pocket (HEb) with gammon and babybel light (2). Pineapple, melon, kiwi in low fat natural yoghurt.

Dinner
Chicken stuffed with onions, peppers wrapped in lean bacon with sw chips and veg.

Syns = Special K (4.5) and Babybel light (2) = 6.5. Will update tomorrow with the amount of alcohol syns I use!!!
Had 5 Magners Lite = 22.5 (aw well was my birthday!)

well the rest of last week was a right-off due to it being my 30th and me completely off plan. However I only put on 2lb which I believe I can shift this week! Had a fantastic week with lots of drink, and some wrong foods. Also made some good choices which maybe why it was only 2lbs on! Anyhoo, back to the plan today!

Tuesday 16th March - Green

Vegetable soup and fruit.

Dinner
Quorn curry with rice, pitta pocket (HEb), cheese (HEa) and veg.

Bacon and fried egg with soda bread (3)

Lunch
None - had copious amounts of magners light instead!!!

Dinner
slice of pepperoni pizza and garlic chips (had this about 11 as been in pub all day)

Syns: about 3000!!!!
 
Thursday 18th March - Not so good either!

Breakfast
None, had lie-in after yesterday's excesses!

Lunch
Chicken sandwich (6), pkt velvet crunch (4), choc bar (dunno)

Dinner
Super noodles

Crap day to be honest was hungover from yesterday and just wanted to eat rubbish!!!

Leftover quorn curry with pasta, pitta bread and cheese.

Syns - 1.5 for soda

went bowling last night and my boyfriend beat me :confused:
