Breakfast
Porridge (HEb) with water and sweetner

Lunch
Pasta n sauce, pineapple

Dinner
Haddock (HEb) with 42g cheese (2xHEa), sw chips and veg.

Syns: puffin bar (7)
 
Wednesday 24th March - Green

Breakfast
Porridge (HEb) with water and sweetner

Lunch
Quorn curry with peppers, carrots, peas, sweetcorn and pasta

Dinner
Quorn burgers (1) topped with bacon (HEb), frylighted egg with 42g cheese (HEa), sw chips and veg

Syns: glass rose (6), 2xburgers (1) = 7

Thursday 25th March - EE

Breakfast
Porridge (5) with water and sweetner.

Lunch
Spaghetti with ryvita (HEb) and 3 x laughing cow extra light (1/2HEa), pineapple.

Dinner
Chicken breast wrapped in bacon stuffed with 1 laughing cow extra light, baby boiled roasted potatoes with garlic salt and paprika, 2 laughing cow extra light spread on top (1/2HEa) and veg. (really lovely)

Syns: porridge (5), rose wine (6) = 11

Leftovers from last night without the cheese on potatoes (1/2HEa for cheese inside chicken)

Pitta pocket (HEb) with cheese (HEa), apples and grapes.

Dinner
Jacket potato with cheese (HEa) and beans. Apple

Ok so here goes the first of my red days. Not sure how easy im going to find it as ive never even done 1 before!!! But hoping its the kick up the bum that I need!!!

If there is anything glaringly obviously wrong id really appreciate it if someone could point it out!!!

Doing Red Days this week to see how I get on!!!

2 fried eggs done in fry light and 1/2 soda farl

Lunch
Pitta pocket (HEb) with cheese (HEa) and ham. Large green apple.

Dinner
Home-made burgers with cheese (HEa), bacon, fried egg, SW chips (HEb) and veg.

Syns - soda bread - 3.5, candy floss - 3 = 6.5

Smoked haddock with butternut squash chips, cheese (1/2 HEa) and veg.

Syns: hands off my milky bite - 5.5, glass rose wine - 6.5 = 12

Uncle Bens mexican rice pouch (2), toffee muller light.

Smoked haddock (HEb), pasta n sauce (1/2), cheese (HEa) and veg.

Syns: rice (2), pasta n sauce (1/2), 2 hands off my milky bite (11) = 13.5

(I know there isnt a lot of variety but im skint after the hen weekend so using whatever is in the freezer and cupboards!!!)
