Meh, bf of 3+ years has come to see me today and told me he wants to be single...

Now everyone I've told is inviting me out for drinks...

But I've said no cos I am in ketosis.

More reason to stick with the diet and loose your weight. You'll feel better for it and can start your new life without him looking a feeling good. That way you can go out with your friends feeling fabulous which with draw people too you so therefore you will meet new people and move on with the new chapter of your life, and what a better start than feeling sexy and fit with your new body?
