10th February 2011 - Green

Breakfast
- 1 Fibre Plus Bar (B)

Lunch - Low Fat Supernoodles. 2 hard boiled eggs.

Dinner - Boiled rice and 1/2 can of stagg silverado chilli (3) with added mushrooms, onions and cherry tomatos.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltrs of water with NAS squash. 1 Fibre Plus Bar (B). Mini Haribo (3)

Total Syns - 6

Joy, not only do I have tonsillitus, now also got conjunctivitus, the mother of all colds, a tickly cough and im deaf in my right ear, super.

11th February 2011 - Green

Breakfast - 3 Krisprolls (B) with 28g of garlic and herb philidelphia light (2).

Lunch - Low fat supernoodles mixed with quorn chunks.

Dinner - SW chips, baked beans, 2 egg omlette, roasted mushrooms and cherry tomatos.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltrs of water with NAS squash. 1 Fibre Plus Bar (B). 1 Pasta in Mug (1). Velvet Crunch (4). Pepsi Max.

Total Syns - 7

Still feeling rough today but was so glad to get back to work yesterday! Got some eye drops which seem to do the trick, one drop every two hours for the first 48 hours. Its works great until you go to bed and have 8 hours sleep!

- Peach Sctivia Snackpot (0.5), 1 Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HEXB) and an apple.

Lunch - SW spicey pepper and tomato soup, 1 Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HEXB) and an apple.

Dinner - Home made heart sharped SW burgers and mixed vegetables.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltrs of water with NAS squash. 1 Fibre Plus Bar (B).

Total Syns - 0.5
 
ha! scrap all the above for valentines day, got home and the OH is cooking me an amazing meal of prawn coctail, pasta bake, garlic bread, chips, cheese cake and rose wine :D xx back on the wagon tomorrow, honest! xx
 
15th February 2011 - Red

Breakfast
- 2 Alpen Light Bars (B) and sw spicey pepper and tomato soup.

Lunch - Pub lunch - Chicken breast, steak (fat removed), scampi (coating removed), carrots and caluiflower (allowing 3 syns for possible oils used for cooking)

Dinner - Home made SW burgers stuffed with 1/2 LC triangle (1), 1 tbspn of tomato sauce (1) and mixed vegetables.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltrs of water with NAS squash. 1 Fibre Plus Bar (B). 6 white Mikado's (3)

Total Syns - 8

Breakfast- 2 slices of Nimble (B) with bacon (fat removed) and 4 Dairylea Light Triangles (A). 1 apple.

Lunch - SW spicey pepper and tomato soup with 3 chopped quorn sausages.

Dinner - Tesco value fish in butter sauce (2) with mixed vegetables.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltrs of water with NAS squash. 2 Alpen Light Bars (B). Kitkat (5.5)

Lunch - 2 Quorn sausages with 2 Dairylea Light Triangles (1/2 A). Sainsburys Salt and Pepper Chicken Breast Slices.

Dinner - Home made SW cheese burgers stuffed with 1/2 LC triangle (1) and mixed vegetables.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltrs of water with NAS squash. 2 Alpen Light Bars (B). 1/2 Raisin & Biscuit Milky Bar (5)

Lunch - 2 Quorn sausages with 2 Dairylea Light Triangles (1/2 A). Spicey SW pepper and tomato soup. 1 apple.

Dinner - Rump steak (fat removed), mixed vegetables and tomto sauce (1). 4 chinese prawn crackers (3). 1 banana.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltrs of water with NAS squash. 2 Alpen Light Bars (B).

Total Syns - 4.5

Lunch - Batchlors Cheese, Leek and Ham Pasta in Sauce (1) with mixed vegetables. 1 apple.

Dinner - Batchlors Mild Curry rice with cherry tomatos.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1ltr of water with NAS squash. 2 Alpen Light Bars (B). WW cheese puffs (4) and a kitkat (5.5)

Lunch - 3 Pagan Krisprolls (B) with 5 LC light triangles (A), 1 peach acvitia snackpot (0.5) and 1 banana.

Dinner - Beef casserole (beef cubes, 1/2 sachet of schwartz beef casserole mix (3), carrots, caluiflower and broccoli).

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltr of water.

Total Syns - 4.5
 
22nd February 2011 - Red

Breakfast- 3 Ryvita Multigrains (B) with a pot of tesco light choices natural cottage cheese. 1 banana. 1 peach acvitia snackpot (0.5).

Lunch - 3 Pagan Krisprolls (B) with 5 LC light triangles (A). Packet of sainsburys salt and pepper chicken. 1 banana. 330ml of Pepsi Max.

Dinner - BBQ chicken wrapped in bacon with vegetables (1/4 sachet of colemans bbq chicken mix (2), chicken wrapped in bacon (2), mixed vegetables)

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltr of water with NAS squash. Kitkat (5.5). 1 Rolo (1.5)

Total Syns - 11.5

Lunch - Low Fat Super Noodles mixed with sweetcorn. Pineapple chunks. 1 apple.

Dinner - Pub meal - Salmon fillet, new potatos, carrots, brussle sprouts and caluiflower.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltr of water with NAS squash. 1/2 pint of diet coke. 1 pasta in mug (1). Kitkat (5.5)

Lunch - 2 Alpen Light Bars (B). 2 scrambled eggs with cut up bacon (fat removed) and 2 LC light triangles (1/2 A)

Dinner - Tesco Value Fish in Butter Sauce (2) with mixed vegetables.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1.5 ltr of water with NAS squash. 600ml Pepsi Max. Velvet Crunch (4). Mini Milky Bar (3.5)

Total Syns - 10

Weigh in first thing tomorrow morning. Ive been super good this week so fingers crossed for a loss :)

Lunch - Batchlors Low Fat Supernoodles. 3 Ryvita Multigrains (B) with 5 LC light triangles (A). Pineapple chunks.

Dinner - Chinese Takeaway - Vegetable curry (9) and boiled rice.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 1ltr of water with NAS squash.

Total Syns - 9.5

Dinner - Pub Dinner - Vegetable Chilli and boiled rice (10)

Dinner - Frying steak (fat removed) with 'fried' mushrooms, onions and cherry tomatos.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (1/2 A). 3 pints of water with NAS squash. Quark mixed white chocolate options (2.5) and sweetener. Kitkat (5.5). WW cheese puffs (4)
