Hi I am sure there must be a thread somewhere but every time I put a search in I get a message telling me I can't do that cos I haven't done enough posts!

So... going out tonight and would like to break the boredom of water... is sparkling water allowed?

    Thank you
    Love Sarah

you can have sparkling water/carbonated water but NOT soda water, as this contains sodium which can make you retain water, this is what my phamacist told me,

I tried sparkling water last Saturday for the first time in my life, and was actually surprised that I liked it. Don't know if my mind was playing tricks on me or if it was the copper taste in my mouth but began to think it had a flavour?
