lol...maybe it shocks my body! It is use to chocolate digestives afterall lol

I think it is why I lost 5lb on my spinach week!!lmao!

Fluffs, perhaps thats why they are called speed foods, todays list is:

1 kiwi-s
1 apple-s
strawberries-ss
cuecumber-s
baby corn cobs-s
green beans-s
prawns-s
more strawberries-ss
 
I'll join in here - not had any yet today, but will be having an apple, curly Kale, carrots, strawberries, plus anything else I can lay my hand on.

I'm surprised that banana and grapes aren't listed as speed foods.

I'll do anything to lose these last 3 pounds:p

Oh, I *am* having a speedy day :D

Breakfast included:

strawberries ss
blackberries ss
raspberries ss

Lunch was chicken s,
and an amazing salad that included :
pepper s
chinese leaf s
edamame beans ??? cant find these anywhere, but surely speed!
choi sum s
cabbage s
spring onion s
green peas ss
bean sprouts s
tomatoes s
red onion s

and dinner will have

lettuce s
red cabbage s
red onion s
tomatoes s
pepper s

gosh :eek:

but think I can say I have had ...

chicken
bananas x 2

are they all speed ? any super speed ? (not got books here at work !)
 
Hi trinity - all the things you mention are speed except bananas. they don't count :(

I was not around yesterday evening. Left my laptop in my 2nd home lol

My speed food was:

Snack after breakfast: strawberries

lunch:
chicken
lettuce
tomato
onions

Dinner:
Tuna
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Onion
Spinach

Speed food snack:
Sardines Curry (I know, but it was scrum)
Sardines (from a tin in brine)
Cherry tomatoes
Peppers
Onion
Mushrooms
Spinach
(to flavour: Chilli flakes, mild madras curry powder, dried coriander powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, garlic powder)

It may sound nasty....but it was delicious...and I think really worked on 'speeding' up my body!

Fingers crossed for monday. Really hope this all works!:)

Been like a toilet magnet again. Really hope this works lol

This is great - each time I post on here, I become more focussed on eating speed foods that day and the next.

Fuffs - It is interesting - once during my weight loss I did Fast Forward for a week, and as part of that I had to drink 1.5-2L water daily. I think I am peeing as much now as I was then :eek: and I know that whilst I drink a reasonable amount, I don't drink that amount. Must be these speed foods working their magic :D

Need to try harder :(

Mabe it is because speed foods on the whole contain a lot of water...Or that they are fantabulous and eat our fat lol (we can dream lol)
