    hi all,

a few of you may have seen my post yest about maybe starting back but on SS plus. Thing is what kind of things are allowed on this plan? I know chicken breasts are but id get fed up of that, so was wondering if quorn products were allowed for a wee bit of variety. If theres already a thread for this somewere and ive missed it then i apologise in advance.

Google the Cambridge Diet website and all the info is on there. Yes, quorn, cottage cheese, tofu, even white fish I think is allowed on SS+. Go for it!

Making Fish parcels on this would be lovely. Some haddock wrapped in tin foil with some veggies, herbs and wrapped in tin foil and roasted would be lovely!

Im currently on SS+ and I know the book says we should microwave, steam or poach are food. But what happens if we dont?
Ive had my veggies steamed, but my mum made a whole chicken and just put it in the oven - no oil or salt or anything so I had that with no skin or fat rather than cooking my own chicken breast. Is this ok or is there some reason we cant have it from the oven?
