Lamb chops were tender and tasty...that is, the little bit of meat that was on them...the two stray cats who have adopted us got my fat off the chops...so I guess I saved a Syn or two.

I really like the idea of some nuts for brekky...I firmly believe you need breakfast but sometimes I struggle for time and would just like a brew but I know its an essential meal that you need.

Guess what I am buying tomorrow? :)
 
Just had them. Really enjoyer them.

I don't like cereal and was nice not to have to put the pan on to do eggs etc. Feel a bit healthier having them and still not being that well with a cold was easier.
 
I've also had nuts for 'breakfast' after my night shift with a coffee - surprisingly satisfying and don't feel hungry 2.5 hours later!
