Are you still craving Chocolate? I get over my choccie cravings with Hi Fi bars and the best thing is you can have 2 for your HexB. I love them and they feel like a proper treat. I always save one for my pud after dinner.😊

No chocolate cravings...can’t remember when I had one last so that is a good thing and the little bit of cake at the weekend did not trigger me, which is a miracle...I’m very happy about that.:classic_smile: I think because I’m eating a lot more fruit than I have ever done might have something to do with it...or that my head is in a good place?

I’m a little afraid of having the Hi-fi bars in the house just now... I still don’t feel I could trust myself.:classic_oops:

Imo it is best to stay away from any sugar foods if choc cravings is one of your downfalls. You need to learn how to control them and maybe have anything sweet as a treat.:)
Curiosity got the better of me on Saturday and on Sunday it was a special occasion and it would of been rude to not at least taste the special cake.:classic_smile: That’s me now for the foreseeable future:classic_roll_eyes:...head down and heading to goal.

I bought it cooked...just had to warm it up and added some veggies. It looked nicer than it tasted.:classic_frown:

I've actually just been reading some of my diary from 2011-2012...it's like it was only yesterday! Annoying that I've gained so much since then, yet excited at the challenge ahead of me. I notice fron your stats you haven't had a gain...that's incredible! Xx

It’s great to hear you are excited about your new challenge...you did so well before Dawn when you put your mind to it and I am sure you will again.

I am having a good run at it this time...long may it continue as I have a long way to go...very happy with the weight loss.

We actually have a very similar amount to lose...only 10lbs difference (although I'd actually like to be 5lbs lower than the target I've put down but don't want to get too carried away like last time) so it will be interesting to see how we do. I'm obviously hoping for a big first week loss to really give me a boost. The difference this time is attempting to do it without group, which is why I've swallowed my pride and come back to Minis. Quite simply, I need the support.

8 weeks without a gain! And over Christmas and New Year too! Shows fabulous commitment hunni, well done xxx
