Hi Susie, just read through your thread and it's very inspiring!!! I would love a 2lb loss at TOTM!!!! I only joined last week and my first weigh in is on Thursday, sticking to pro points at the moment and praying for a loss this week :) simply filling is something I'll defo try after getting settled in to PP and I'm gonna be making a copy of your food diary to follow!!!! Well done and keep up the great work :) Xxxxx

Can I ask .. Are all ww soups free? .. I dont have online access xxx
 
Only chicken noodle soup is free on my app rest are pointed! Baxters do a veg soup butternut squash and red pepper soup that's also free on it! X

Ah I hope you feel better soon. When food is staring at me I find it hard to resist ESP when not feeling great. Get a good night's sleep. X

Will do I've had it lurking since Friday but it's pretty bad today. I wonder if it's junk food withdrawal symptoms ??

Had a totally crap food day in the end with 3 petit pains, 2 crumpets, crisps and no real protein or fruit and veg :eek:

I'm also considering changing my weigh in day. Weighing in on a Monday keeps me good over the weekend but I might change it to Tuesday so if I do have more to eat it will give it another day to come out of my system.

What does anybody else do?
What days do you weigh in?

hi hun i always weigh on a thursday and after my 4 days of simply filling i lost 2lb today which im really pleased about as i havent been hunrgy once, cant wait til next week to see how i do being on it for the whole week xxx
