OH is back at work today so the eating should me much healthier than it has been since I've been back!!! Going into work today to do some bits, then I have tuition, then gym!!! Think I'll do a bolognaise tonight for dinner.
My sprained ankle has flared up from my sat and Sunday gym classes and am going to see the physio at the gym to have a look. Something's clearly not right there!!it's really frustrating! I'm managing to do the classes ok but I need to get my running back and it's just too risky at the mo! If I run when I shouldn't, I'll just get injured further so I need to get him to check it x
