Do you count calories rather than copy the books, is it easier that way?

Been away to Center Parcs for the weekend and havent stopped eating - and put on 5 POUNDS!!!!!!! Lovely food though - OMG I have never seen such huge iced ring donuts - and so very delicious too. But i am ready to be back on track tomorrow.

Hey chocaslim!

Welcome - yes i count calories and let the baby bang the pots together - they look too depressing to use. I just add a ton of veg to each meal to pad it out - and i dont even get hungry anymore.

Calorie counting keeps ME in control. I know if i am out and about i can have that sarnie, crisps etc and just cut back for the evening meal and add extra veg instead.

Good luck for your first week and let us know how you get on! Were you doing another diet before, or is this your first diet. (sorry havent looked at rest of forum yet)

Am getting a bit bored with my food though so need a bit on inspiration from others on here - anyone else wanna do a diary??

Back to normal tomorrow

Oh and i am not gonna change my stats till Thursday cos shhhh we wont tell my consultant and if i behave i might just MIGHT have a stay the same if i am a good girl till Thursday. x
