Well ive not got round to posting food diaries for almost a week...thank god for pen and paper though cos i can now update :) Ive gone over a few days i think but still hoping for a loss on Friday - keep everything crossed for me...even a pound would do...its still a loss aint it? :)

Lost 1lb 2day :) Im happy with that...its a pound less to target :) Will 2.5lbs in 2 weeks. Being naughty today and eating loads but il be back on track again after 2day. Will update diary later x
