Its ALL GOOD! He understood in the end, and he found something else to cook within his budget We had chilli made with lean mince and loads of super free chucked in with rice, and i took my own side salad along to make sure i got my 1/3 superfree. Ahhhhhhhhh, phew! I was panicing so much. xx

Dear thoughtless stranger on the bus...
I got out from wi having lost a pound, feeling good and positive and fired up with my new thoughts on diet changing my symptoms etc... I get on the bus, and you sit there talking rather loudly on your phone, commenting about the weirdo who has just got on the bus with new rocks on and a really bad limp... Shouldn't (we? I took it you meant every slightly or severely disabled person) have the good grace to blend in, instead of choosing to dress how we like, how rude of us to have the balls to be different in more than the fact that we have difficulty walking etc... If I wasn't disabled, I would still be a 'freak' and you would still be a closed minded see you next Tuesday... Rant over... And breathe Chelle...

Heres one for you guys and dolls, how does one politely turn down birthday cake and schlor at work tomorrow?! They know im following SW, but a tad concerned they will be expecting me to spend syns on their cake and fake wine, when actually im planning on drinking my syns in the form of real wine tomorrow night. Its not my birthday, its 2 of the girls, and we always do the usual choccies, cakes thing. :sign0163:
