    Trying to do low GI!
Hi, I'm new! I'm about to embark on a weightloss mission but my scales have broken. I should be pleased that they've taken a couple of stone off me over the festive period, but I think they've probably got that wrong!

There are so many to chose from so I was just hoping for some advice.......

I have electronic scales and you can change the settings to pounds, stones and pounds, and kilos. They weigh you normally, or you can measure your body fat % or water %. They're great...but I find I just end up looking at the weight and not all the other stuff : )

I've got electronic Weight Watchers ones, they seem to be pretty accurate.
