when to refeeed? at goal or under

Hi guys

I've got 19 weeks to go but an already building my refeed diet as ill be prepping for a competing next year.

Really wondering if you guts went or plan to go to goal or a little under to give some leeway for water weight

I was thinking did want to give myself 10lb leeway at least

Any input be ace

If I was following the S&S refeed plan I'd probably go under by half a stone as it's quite a quick refeed plan but since I intend to refeed really slowly for a number of weeks I will stop when I'm at goal and hope to maintain during the refeed.
 
I'm not using the S&S refeed either. At goal, I'll move over to the JUDDD induction and then adjust my calories when I'm at least half a stone (if not a full stone!) under goal :)
 
I won't be using the refeed plan, be slower and high in protein.

Cool, just shoot for 7lb under goal to allow for water weight!
