Fasting today, plan is fruit tea and water till about 2 then tesco chilli chicken noodle salad for lunch. Weight watchers meal with added veg for tea wish me luck! Good luck to everyone else fasting today! X

DD today. I'm thinking of just having scrambled eggs for my cal allowance today. I am already hungry but will have to wait until this evening I rather be hungry during the day than in the evening/before bed.

I'm also fasting today. First day I Feel properly better after my illness but appetite still low which is a good thing! I have got an innocent sweet chilli veggie pot for lunch and a eat live enjoy prawns noodles dish for dinner. Good luck everyone! x

I'm fasting today, just had a 53cal cup a soup which means I can a nice meal tonight bead going to have WW ocean pie at 200cals but managed to go without at lunch.
Anyone any good ideas for 440cals?

So the biryani ended up in the bin.. Apparently it doesn't freeze too well! so I'm having quorn in a chicken tonight sauce instead
