    I used to use approx 175ml of water, with the recommended level scoop of mix a mousse, and a choc mint sachet...Then blend with a hand blender until all bubbly. If you then leave it to set in the fridge for at least 25 minutes, you will have yourself one delicious mousse ! mmmmmmmmmmmmm !
