    I would stick with the lipotrim products for the first week anyway and then introduce your porridge, fruit, yoghurt. I think the refeed is all about how you introduce food back into your body and the type not necessarily only low calorie. M

    Mine is vanilla with a spoonful of coffee made with double the amount of water recommended. Found the shakes more filling but the flapjacks (peanut) invaluable for socialising and for lunch in work. Ate along with a large mug of black coffee and a pint of water. Yum
