Last night, in the middle of the night I had sudden (and very painful) cramp in both my calves and today they still feel sore.
With the last TFR stint (two years ago) this didn't happen. I am only 6 days in...any similar experiences anyone can share???

I liked the 2 shakes method. It worked for me to lose remainder weight (but I did like the shakes which helps!!).
I am still maintaining but after refeeding I had one or two returns to the 2 shakes method if I had overdone things one week.

Funny isn't it - in the 'old days' we would have seen 1,000 cal and no bad carbs as a crash diet. Amazing how our perpective changes on TRF. If you stick to this then you will lose weight but not the big 4-6lb losses I would imagine....but this will be better for your mindset in the long term...
You could try a shake for breakfast, weightwatchers soup for lunch and a proper dinner...this is my refocus regime !! Works well so I don't need to use up two shakes a day.

Refeed guidelines are definately the way forward if you need to take a break. Having a short break but keeping some focus can actually help longer term I think....it stops the binge reaction after restricting
I had to take fibreclear in all three shakes for about two days and then I was fine. Water intake also has a lot to do with it too. I still struggle and have to take Sainsburys own brand of whatever is in dulcolax every so often but don't like that feeling you get when it starts to work....

The Weightwatchers carrot and lentil is really really nice and helps every time! Much lower than 120 cals so I am often tempted to have two but one usually does the trick

I don't think the losses are even over seven days. I have noticed quite a few people being sad over a small loss 1-2 lb but then the following week it is bigger 5-6lb. I think the losses have 'fits and starts' which is why you only weigh once a week. Maybe monthly losses are more steady...
