My Biggest loss since I started after a gain off 1.5 last week I had 5 off this week delighted and gets me in to the next stone bracket

Hi there I need a boost so I was going to try Slim Fast for a couple of weeks I have a lot of weight to lose so I am doing it stone by stone so I have 12lb to get to my next stone any help advice buddies would be welcome .:kitty:

I lost over 4 stone on sw and over the last year due to medication and ill health I out 1 stone back on again I really need and want to get to 5 stone loss this year so my aim ( my 1st goal) is 28 lbs my gp gave me xenical yesterday and having taken it before and mistreating it I do know how...

It is not bad considering what a bottle of wine is :-)

Its what is called tweaking it is free but its not if you would eat it every day for life and your weight loss would slow down ..but i have done the smash pizza and smash scones and they are really good and i will be tring the garlic bread as well so thanks for posting x

I agree when i make stew because im on sw theres only so much i can use and it does taste bland

My weight loss is very very slow..has anyone any tips on how to speed it up this week ..i plan on using my excersise bike everyday and eating loads of free food ..any other advice?

The banoffee ones are 6 pack and are cheaper than the cranberry ones for some reason x

when i last done sw i had a treat after i got weighed but went right back on the next day and last night i had some haribos and some crisps :)

I came from cambridge as well i lost 3 stone 3lb in 3 mnths and put it on again i no longer can afford to stay at cambridge :wave_cry:

when i was in benidorm i got great knickers big oneswhich comes right up and stays there and there are great ..i envy you because i wish i could run and i applaude you as well for doing it theres very few people on here whos belly dont wobble in my case its bellies but the one thing to remember...

think i will have a chicken salad maybe something like that as for drinks i am for having one or 2 but as someone suggested a walk maybe tomorrow and i will try and be good with the syns untill weigh in ..as for the scales i need them i have 3 sets none weigh the same xx

Out of sorts today ..we are having a night out food and then the pub its been arranged for ages :( i am scared i think that i will go overboard and the other thing was i jumped on the scales and i weigh 1lb heavier than i did yesterday and ive stuck 100% to this :wave_cry:

When i 1st started years ago it was the consultant then she asked me to do the weigh in at the class i went to on tuesday there was 2 ladies helping 1 taking money one doing weigh in x

when i did cammbridge i drank 2 half litres per day and it is hard to do but be careful you can drink too much water remember to count your other fluid intakes as well (vodka) OOPS dreaming again i mean tea coffee and the likes x

The half fat ones are free i love the thai chilli ones ,but i find the half fat ones hard to get going to go on the look out tonight .

I did cambridge last years lost 3 stone 3 from july to oct and i heaped it all on again i have a blood clotting problem which means cd was becoming a no no ,i tried sw 4 years ago i was 3 stone lighter then i want to lose 7 stone can i do it ? i hope so i hate being fat being out of breath no...

Amazon has them cheaper and they are 100 sticks in pack not 50 like chemist so check them out .

well i bought the salters weight watchers scales and they weigh me 4lb heavier than my other sets i am taking them with me to my next cdc weigh in to see what her scales read .
