    I have found that like EllieG and Mini have said that once ive been in ketosis depending on how much i have eaten when coming out of ketosis. Generally if its not a lot of carbs you can get back into ketosis easily enough :)

    i agree im really paronoid about having bad breath cos i can smell it and i get really embarrassed. I use sugar free gum to combat the bad breath and the Trident ones even give you a different taste. I checked with my CDC and she said sugar free gum is fine :D YAY

    Thanks Mike, I have been drinking as much as possible. Some days i have even felt like im drowning lol (i no that sounds dramatic). I have always had a poor intake of fluids anyway, though whenever i think i might be hungry im drinking a pint of water to help.

    Hi there, have you been referred for any physiotherapy? I know a physio would tend to see a patient post surgical intervention. It may be worth doing if your not going to have surgery. They would be able to look at your function and try to improve day to day things. :)
