    Deep breath and calm down, you've started and that's the main thing!! If you drink 3 litres a day and stay 100% then I think you could lose 2 stone by then easy! Regardless what you weigh you'll be a damn sight lighter than what you are now. Don't panic, you can't change anything in the past...

    I've tried exante and cambridge and I agree that the weight loss on Lipotrim is definitely faster! No idea why specifically or if that's even accurate for everyone else but for me I think it's because of the strict structure of it and it is the lowest in terms of calories. I have real issues...
