    I tried the peanut & the coconut & I preferred the coconut - I didn't enjoy the peanut one at all.... My pharmacist told me they were yucky last time I was on LT so I avoided them - delighted I've discovered them this time - I really enjoy them!

    I was just about to post about flapjacks! They are surprisingly palatable - I just tried my 1st one & I'm sorry I didn't get more. According to the LT bag you can only have one a day. They're especially handy if you don't want people knowing you're on a TFR diet (the preachers... :busted:)
