    I everyone I'm back 4 the 2nd time!! I fell off the wagon when I went on holiday to italy. I had done really well up untill this point. Amazingly tho I have only put 2lb on!! I'm here again 2 get 2 my goal weight (will hopefully do it this time!!). Wish me luck x

    I used skimmed mik 1 tbsp coco powder 1 egg yolk 4 tbsp of splenda 7 drops vanilla ess Mix all together & put in an ice tray. It makes quite a few so you could have a couple to satisfy your sweet tooth. Mmm!

    Hi, thanks for all the replies. I know alcohol isn't in the diet, but I just wanted to know that if was to happen. What would be best. Some people say vodka and some are saying wine. Wine does have sugar and carbs. Vodka doesn't have carbs.

    Well done, u've done really well! I want to lose bout 1/2 stone. It's really hard to maintain when ur cal intake has been so low for a while, I no I put nearly a stone back on but was being stupid and hardly eating. I'm gona try and do it better this time And slowly up it.
