    Hiya..I'm not really sure I think dukan is low fat low carb maybe? Atkins is low carb and high fat is good! Read around the board and you should get a idea, it's really good and you can have fry ups for breakfast :)

    Just brought BBQ ribs and BBQ chicken from tesco the ribs are quite low, chicken 2.7 for 2. Worried there's something in it I can't have? Forgot to check for that sugar zactrose is it? Seems to good to be true cause I will eat these like everyday lol

    Ok so started Saturday at 14'12, couldn't resist weighing myself on Tuesday and was down to 14' 8 happy happy!! Weighed myself now and 14'9!! WTF?? I know it's a good amount of loss in a short time but thought I might be down another pound or 2!! Feel crappy! Gonna weigh again on my weigh in day...

    Yeh I tend to not be counting which is quite bad, for example I had bacon an scrambled egg this morning, should I be counting that? Or it's free? I'll prob get to Saturday and have put on weight lol really need to get the book too as I'm just doing it out of research on net :)

    Hello everyone! Started the Atkins yesterday..weight today is 14st 12 eeek! Will weigh next week and will hopefully have had a loss. Just wondered is we are allowed meat marinated in stuff from the butchers, like chinease chicken, minted lamb ect....also tomatoes?? Thanks Lisa :))
